Dale Worley
Sunday the 29th!
Dale will lead the congregation during the 11am service and will also perform two special pieces of music. He will also give our Spiritual Talk during the service. Dale can “rock the house” as well as create a meditative and sacred mood with the music he presents. His music, energy, and innovative spirit “will enlighten, entertain and enliven”!! Introduction to Meditation
Are you interested in nurturing your spiritual practice through meditation?
Join us for two introductory sessions. The first on Tuesday, November 17th will be “Preparation for Meditation” – posture, relaxation, and breathing as pathways into meditation.
The second one offered on Tuesday, November 24th will be “Sample Meditation Formats” – guided meditations, Metta meditations, and use of imagery, scent and sound.
These informational sessions are offered by George Cox, a student of yoga and related spiritual disciplines including meditative practice.
