New Class: Food Sense
This class is designed for all those who want to better understand the food choices they are making on an everyday basis. Better food beliefs are explored and explained. A simple way to think about food and eating that ultimately leads to health and wellness, along with ideal body strength, weight and size is presented. This is not a diet program in any way, shape, form or fashion. Food Sense is an enjoyable way to eat for life, health and enjoyable living.
Class size is limited to the first 12 people who contact the Class Leader, Marty Fall. Due to the progression of the materials covered, please do not reserve a spot if you are not able to attend the first meeting on June 3rd. The class will be offered again for those who are unable to participate this time around.
This 4-week course will be held on Thursday evenings from 6 to 7:30 p.m., beginning June 3rd. Classes are free; Love offerings welcomed. Please be on time. Class begins promptly at 6:00.
