This Meditation Service is perfect for anyone from beginners to experienced.

To create a mid-week Spiritual environment in which individuals of all faiths can go within the depth of their consciousness to seek their own Sanctuary, where individuals are able to make contact with their higher self.
In this sacred sanctuary individuals are guided in Creating for themselves an atmosphere of love, peace, and contentment, giving them the Spiritual power to heal that which in themselves is need of healing. They are able to give Love to the part of their bodies that is need of loving, and power to their consciousness that is in need of power.
One hour before mediation and healing services begin participants are provided Reikei, and other types of healing techniques, and methods that contribute to this spiritual atmosphere.

What is Reiki healing?

The word Reiki comes from the Japanese words Rei and Ki. Rei means higher knowledge or spiritual consciousness. This is the wisdom that comes from God aka Spirit and Higher Power. Ki means life force energy. Reiki was rediscovered in Japan and brought to the United States in the early 1900’s. It is based on the idea that we all have “life force energy” flowing around and through us. When our life force energy is low or blocked, we are more susceptible to stress and illness. Reiki helps to raise or balance our life force energy so we are more likely to feel relaxed and be happy and healthy.

The Benefits

* Reiki promotes a state of deep relaxation that stimulates the body’s natural ability to heal itself.
* Reiki speeds the healing process and is becoming a valuable integrative therapy in
mainstream medicine. Reiki is available at many hospitals.
* Reiki relieves, and can eliminate, pain.
* Reiki creates a sense of well-being on physical, mental, and emotional levels.
* Reiki supplies revitalizing energy to organs and removes toxins from the body, allowing
the body to store more life force energy.
* Reiki sessions are beneficial in helping one cope with life’s stresses including grief,
insomnia, and stress-related health issues.
* Reiki is beneficial any time to maintain and promote good health.

What does Reiki feel like?

Although Reiki is a hands-on relaxation technique, unlike massage, it is administered through gentle touch while you are lying or sitting and fully clothed. The practitioner’s hands are gently placed along or slightly above your body in the energy pathway, or aura, and the Reiki energy is transferred. During a Reiki session, some of the things you may feel are warmth, coolness, tingling, and/or a deep relaxation. Reiki facilitates the slowing and quieting of mind and body by activating the relaxation response, which lowers the respiration rate and the heart rate. It works in concert with the energy flow to stimulate your body’s own natural healing ability.
