Spiritual Tapas – April 8th

Our newly formatted Spiritual Tapas invites for Wednesday evening, April 8th in the Fellowship Hall. Your choice of Shepard’s Pie OR Veggie Plate will be served from 5:30 – 6:30    Our Special Guest Presenter 7:00pm  Carol  Tietjen demonstrating Tonglen meditation.     The last chance to buy tickets ($7.00) will be Sunday,  April 4 in the bookstore and in the fellowship hall. Reservations can also be made through the church office until Monday, April 5th. Come celebrate with your Unity family and friends, enjoy a fabulous meal, and hear an inspirational speaker. We’ll see you there!!!

Tonglen is an ancient Tibetan meditation for being an instrument of peace.  Includes gentle movement, breathing, and guided imagery to create peace for ourselves and offer peace to the world.ree.
