“Art as a Spiritual Practice” is an open creative art experience that unlocks creativity and spiritual connections to self, source and others. No art skills needed or even preferred! Part exploration, part art fun, part mindfulness, part meditation.
This class is a deep immersion into the energy of color. After exploring the energy of each color, we will chose one and create an abstract 16 by 20 acrylic monochromatic on canvas. No drawing skills needed!
Facilitated by Elizabeth Cain, a Reiki Master, MSW, Licensed Unity Teacher, Certified Grief Counselor and exhibiting member of the Charleston Artist Guild. Elizabeth has been teaching art to all ages for more than 25 years. She has led many classes, book studies, and meditation groups. Elizabeth looks forward to bringing this combo package experience to you.
