May Peace Prevail on Earth
May Peace Prevail On Earth is an all inclusive message. It is a meeting place of the heart, bringing together people of all faiths, backgrounds and cultures to embrace the Oneness of our planetary family.
Unity of Savannah installed a Peace Pole on our grounds on Sunday afternoon, October 16, 2022, in a special ceremony to show our intention to be a beacon of Peace in our community.
Our Peace Pole is inscribed with eight different languages to represent the diversity of our community.
The Prayer May Peace Prevail on Earth is written on the Peace Pole in English, Gullah, Creek, Hebrew, Spanish, Aramaic, Arabic, and Sanskrit.
We are extremely grateful to the community leaders who participated in the Peace Pole dedication.

Origin of the Peace Pole
The Universal Message for World Peace, May Peace Prevail On Earth, was authored in 1955 by the late Masahisa Goi of Japan. In a moment of great inspiration, Masahisa Goi awakened to the need to spread this Message in the hearts of the global community for the attainment of inner and outer peace.
The vision of the founder Masahisa Goi has been embraced by people the world over. Over 200,000 Peace Poles have been dedicated by friends and supporters in every country in the world, including many Unity spiritual centers.
